Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of our pieces, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We kindly encourage you to make your selections carefully and to contact us at info@magliadiamonds.com with any questions prior to placing your order — our team is always happy to assist.


Ring Resizing
If your ring requires resizing, we are pleased to offer a complimentary resize within 14 days of receiving your piece, where possible.
• Please note that some designs, settings, or materials may limit resizing options.
• Additional resizing requests, or significant size changes, may incur a fee.
• Clients are responsible for all shipping costs associated with resizing.
Faults & Craftsmanship
We take great pride in the quality of our work. If your jewellery arrives with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution. This does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper care.
