All MAGLIA pieces are meticulously handcrafted in Melbourne, Australia, at our workshop in the heart of the city by artisans with over 35 years of experience in the jewellery industry.


DO YOU USE DIAMONDS THAT ARE ETHICALLY SOURCED?

Yes, we use only genuine and ethically sourced diamonds and precious stones. Our diamonds are sourced from trusted suppliers who adhere to strict ethical guidelines, including the Kimberley Process.

This ensures that our diamonds are conflict-free and comply with all international regulations.


ARE YOUR DIAMONDS CERTIFIED?

All of our natural diamonds are accompanied by a GIA certification. Certification is not industry standard for stones under 1ct, however it can be arranged upon request for an additional charge. We work closely with top diamond dealers to source stones of exceptional quality.

DO YOU WORK WITH LAB DIAMONDS AND NATURAL DIAMONDS?

Yes. We source and work with both lab-grown and natural diamonds. Any piece we offer in lab-grown diamonds can also be made with natural stones. If you have a preference, please let us know and we’ll guide you through the options.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

At MAGLIA, each piece of jewellery is meticulously handcrafted to order, ensuring it is uniquely tailored to your preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our pieces, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We take great care in crafting your jewellery to the highest standards, and we are committed to delivering a product that you will cherish for years to come.

DO YOU OFFER WARRANTY?

We offer a six-month warranty which covers all manufacturing faults. This does not include wear or tear, broken chains, chipped stones etc. Our jewellers are more than happy to repair pieces at a cost. Please email info@magliadiamonds.com with clear photos.
